• Appointments booked via WhatsApp or our helpdesk are subject to doctor availability.
• The clinic reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Diagnostic & Pathology Services

• All diagnostic tests are performed based on the prescription provided by a registered medical practitioner.
• While we strive for maximum precision, test results can be influenced by biological factors and patient preparation (e.g., fasting).
• Report delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the complexity of the test.

3. Pharmacy & Medicine Orders

• Medicines will only be dispensed against a valid prescription uploaded via WhatsApp or presented in person.
• It is the patient's responsibility to verify the medicines, expiry dates, and dosage instructions upon delivery or pickup.
• Once sold, medicines cannot be returned or exchanged due to safety and storage regulations.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate personal and medical information. Any misuse of the website, including the submission of fraudulent prescriptions or false booking information, may lead to a refusal of service.

5. Limitation of Liability
